My boyfriend and I decided to partake on the creme le creme of people-watching…. holiday shoppers on black Friday.
During this, we almost partook in the lighting of the Christmas tree here in Seattle. Drawn out too long, we missed the lighting, but did get to see the crowds build up for the event. A protest was occurring nearby. I was much more interested in this. With signs in hand, “BUY MORE STUFF” they grabbed the attention of shoppers. I stand in agreement with them, you can find my stance on black Friday in my blogpost, Black Friday, following a Gray Thursday.
Neither I or my boyfriend bought anything in store, nor online. We choice not taking part in the consumer lifestyle.
